Our Enterprise AI solution brings the most powerful AI capabilities to Humans that already have expertise and want to reach their potential for efficiency by leveraging or creating their own AI-enabled playbooks. Often these users also subscribe to predefined industry-specific solutions but see new and exciting ways to expand their business models and / or build custom applications that are not currently on MEISTRO’s Roadmap. Here are the key concepts:
- Playbook Collections are themed sets of outcome Playbooks (e.g., Energy, Commissioning, IAQ).
- Create Customized Playbooks to encode tasks, tools, and deliverables. Each assumes a Persona group and can be customized per Project.
- Customized Projects bind a Playbook to your artifacts, track progress, and orchestrate tools (docs, converters, apps).
- Re-use or build Intelligence Personas are role-specific assistants with project-scoped context, indexing rules, and an understanding of your company’s Enterprise Architecture
- Finish your Project, or Start a New Continuum Services add “done-with-you / done-for-you” capacity: governance, updates, optimization tuning.

MOE brings a bench of domain Intelligence Personas—Electrical Planner, Commissioning Agent, Energy Optimizer, OEM Support Engineer, M&V Analyst, Policy Officer, and more—each trained on deep, role-specific context, Playbooks, and Accelerators. The Orchestrator AI Agent selects and coordinates the right mix of Personas for your task, then returns a single, audit-ready result.
How it works (under the hood)
- Intent & context – Your question and project artifacts enter Principal.ai with MEISTRO’s Context Cascade applying historical and predictive context plus policy/standards.
- Expert routing – The Orchestrator scores which Personas (one or many) should respond—then parallelizes their work.
- Cross-checks & synthesis – Personas challenge, verify, and enrich each other’s outputs; the Orchestrator composes a final answer with next actions.
- Operationalization – Results are added to Projects with tasks, tests, evidence capture, and automations—ready to use
- Continuous improvement – User feedback and outcomes flow back to fine-tune each Persona’s strengths.
